Andy will be your coaching advisor during the accelerator bringing his 20 years of growth playbooks to support your journey.
Our first two coaching sessions will focus on refining vision, strategy, and the first goals for your product's growth.
We will discuss your current state, your personal concerns and hesitations, and we will work through the first playbooks to use and milestones we want to hit.
In between sessions, you will have 24/7 access to etheus to support your refinement of vision, help align decision making with the strategy we've established, and support your accountability.
Yes, this is about business growth, but this is also about supporting YOU as the leader of that growth.
Within the first two months, we're likely to identify the large opportunities that you haven't yet been able to address.
Our coaching sessions during this month will most likely focus on these obstacles and opportunities, and confront the decisions you're delaying, as well as the unknowns we must continue to iterate on.
The etheus platform will be supporting you in between sessions to help you install the habits and playbooks most likely to help you succeed in the driver's seat.
By month 3, we are iterating, refining, and starting to dial in the patterns that will get you the growth you are looking for.

No. This is a 1:1 coaching program for ambitious founders ready for market traction.
Builders. This is for folks creating something out of nothing and taking it to market. Founders, executives tasked with launching a new product, product managers trying to figure out their traction playbook. This is for getting that first system in motion.
You will have two 30 minute sessions each month for the first 90 days. You will also be expected to use the etheus journal daily to track progress and maintain momentum in between sessions.
Then you pay $0 and don't continue. It's that simple. After Month 1, you'll be invited to "Pay what you think it is worth". Those who find it valuable will continue into Month 2.
Our goal is that etheus becomes the home base where any ambitious human being can manage their growth goals. Eventually, we hope that every member of this program is able to use etheus as their ongoing tool for growth. Etheus focuses on the individual so the individual can show up best for the business.
Within etheus, the journal will continue to get better and better at supporting your goals and helping you keep momentum. You will find new mentors to support you inside the platform. You'll need different coaches for different goals.
